GET STARTED NOWHi, I’m Precious — a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Myofunctional Therapist dedicated to helping patients build healthier habits, stronger muscles, and more stable, confident smiles.
With a background in dental hygiene and advanced training in airway-focused care, I combine science, education, and compassionate guidance to support patients of all ages. My approach focuses on understanding the root cause of issues like mouth breathing, tongue thrust, sleep-disordered breathing, and orthodontic relapse—rather than just treating the symptoms.

Through personalized myofunctional therapy programs, I help patients retrain the tongue, lips, and facial muscles to work in harmony. The result? Better breathing, improved oral function, and long-lasting orthodontic stability.
My Tongue Coach offers accessible, modern, and supportive care both in-person and virtually. My mission is to empower each patient with the tools and confidence they need to achieve lifelong oral health and a naturally beautiful smile from the inside out.
When I’m not working with patients, I am a busy mom of 2 and you’ll find me creating educational resources, supporting moms on their children’s oral health journey, and advocating for airway awareness in everyday dentistry.
