Our programs are structured to be self-guided. Each exercise is presented in a short video and we provide a week by week suggested worksheet to follow. 

You can anticipate to spend 10 - 20 mins per day completing the exercises. We provide 12 weeks of worksheets that you can continue to use over time. 

While our self-guided programs provide valuable tools for improving oral function, we recognize that some individuals may require additional support. 

If you find that you need more personalized guidance or have complex concerns, we recommend seeking care from an in-person myofunctional therapist.
